Participation Requirements
1. Interview
A mandatory interview with our creative team is required to ensure alignment with the project’s vision.
2. Medical Certification
A valid medical certificate from your doctor must be submitted, confirming your fitness for the journey.

3. Signed Contract
Completion of a signed contract will formalize your participation in the project.

Key Details and Responsibilities
1. Visas & Permits
All participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary Indian and Nepalese visas, as well as any required travel permits. We will provide support and guidance as needed.
2. Travel Expenses
Each traveler is expected to cover their own travel expenses to and from the designated starting point of the expedition.

3. Accommodation & Meals
Throughout the journey, we will provide accommodation and meals, offering a mix of authentic Indian and Nepali cuisine.

4. Journey Route
Our expedition will begin in Delhi, progressing through the rural regions of the Central Himalayas in Uttarakhand, and concluding in Nepal. The exact route will be defined by the Project Director.

5. Types of Accommodation
Participants will experience a range of accommodation, including hotels, guest houses, rural homes with local families, and tented camps, providing a comprehensive immersion into local culture and hospitality.

6. Camping Equipment
Tents, sleeping bags, and necessary camping equipment will be provided to ensure participants are well-prepared and comfortable during outdoor segments. If you have youw own gear please come wirh.

7. Culinary Experience
In addition to meals at local restaurants, travelers will have the opportunity to engage in outdoor cooking, learning how to prepare meals over an open fire in the wilderness.

8. Team Dynamics:
This journey fosters a strong sense of unity. Participants are expected to contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and supportive group atmosphere.

9. Filming and Documentation
All participants will play an active role in the filming process according the project director  direction , including giving interviews, being featured in scenes, and contributing to the overarching narrative of the project.

10. Voluntary Departure:
Participants are free to exit the expedition at any time, should they feel the need to discontinue their involvement.
