Our programs Expeditions

Our program is an extraordinary journey abroad for students. In stark contrast to our school education, the main goal of our campaign is world peace. Every student tries to find the real meaning of life during travel by meeting different different places and people, and sharing his love with others is our wish. Students develop resilience, critical leadership skills and thoughtfulness through a spirit journey that is the future of tomorrow.

More than a buzz word, mindfulness is particularly important to us. During our travels, every student will have to stay away from material things and try to connect with them without them.

On the expedition students participate in a community project, breathtaking treks and deep cultural immersion as they explore some of the most spectacular places on earth. These can be tailored to meet individual school curriculum requirements, so just ask us how.

Community Service Tours

Designed individually for your school, our Community Service Tours allow groups to focus on a theme of their choice, from sustainable community projects to sites of historical significance to jaw-dropping natural wonders all around the world. School Leaver Journeys

A positive alternative to the tired and worn out schoolies trips, Schoolies Unearthed is a unique experience designed for those who like to do things a little differently. An incredible 10 or 12-day journey to one of four countries, Aussie and Kiwi school leavers travel together to explore new and vibrant parts of the world whilst contributing to a sustainable community project. Accompanied by an Antipodeans leader, our teams fully immerse themselves in a new culture, discovering the incredible food, lively locals and stunning scenery along the way. How we support you

Our programs are designed to relieve teachers of the logistical burden that comes with organising an overseas trip for students. A dedicated Operations Manager is appointed to guide you smoothly through the process and is the single point of contact for schools, teachers and parents ensuring consistency and ease of communication. All Operations Managers are extensively trained and supported by our experienced Operations Team who, between them, have over 40 years experience working with Antipodeans.

We will:

• understand your needs. Being Australian and New Zealand operated we’re attuned to the wants of local institutions, unlike our competitors.

• help you spread the word. We’ll provide exciting material to educate and inspire students and parents about the opportunity before officially launching in person at school.

• present the concept to your students and organise a Parent Information Night.

• deliver pre-departure training, preparation and support for students, teachers and parents, building a trusted relationship with all stakeholders.

• organise a two-day training course and a travel simulation day for students, teachers and leaders to ensure everyone arrives overseas with the necessary skills for a successful trip (Expeditions only).

• assist the school and students with fundraising advice.

• coordinate payments and all financial administrative tasks.

• arrange all trip logistics including flights, comprehensive insurance, risk-assessments, visa information, medical kits and more.

• select and prepare a highly qualified team leader, who meets the team prior to departure to cultivate rapport and build team dynamics.

We sent away our children and in return received young adults who have a better outlook and appreciation of humanity. It was well worth the investment. Thank you to all involved.
